I will create Empfängerliste XXX and new email addresses will be imported to this group every day.
I will set up "Nach der Versand definierten Follow-Up E-Mails, ..." Empfänger in Liste verschieben (Empfängerliste YYY).

The same email addresses + new email addresses will be imported next day.

My question is:
Will be the Follow-Up Email send to all from email addresses from this Empfängerliste XXX or only to the new email addresses?

OR

Do I have to set up this: "Nach der Versand definierten Follow-Up E-Mails, ..." Empfänger in Liste kopieren (Empfängerliste YYY)
And the Follow-Up Email will be sent only to the new email addresses the next day after importing ?

If I would choose "Datum aus Feld übernehmen" and the date would be "Bday=date of registration", where can I define the date for sending follow up emails? E.g. I want to send the follow up only to clients that have registered after 01.05.2012 (I don't want to send the follow up to clienst who have registered before this date).

After a date is not possible. Each recipient will get the defined email(s) when there are in the list. You must split recipients in two lists, e.g. recipients before 01.05. and after 01.05..

On the other hand, the funktion bellow uses the date of registration.

I tryed to use it and it started to send follow up emails to all clients from the group, even they have registered one year ago. And again - I want to send the follow up only to clients that have registered after 01.05.2012.

There is a trick.

You can choose "Datum aus Feld übernehmen" and you must specify a field with a date. For each recipient after 01.05. specify the correct date, for each recipient before 01.05. you must specify a date in future e.g. 01.05.2030.

Hi Andrzej,

in your import file you must have a field with a valid date, e.g. date of today or your whished date, after than you must choose "Datum aus Feld übernehmen", there are no other possibilities.

I would like to send Follow Up Responder, but I have following problem:
I have a table in the dtb where all my email addresses are. Im getting every day new email addresses. Im using automatical import to swm (group xx). I would like to make follow up responder from this group - from certain date or from certain ID. E.g. from todays date (for email which will be registered from today).
I can choose under "Versandzeitpunkt der ersten Folge-E-Mail" this possibility "Zeitpunkt der Anmeldung oder des Imports des Empfängers verwenden" or "Datum aus Feld übernehmen". I guess that none of these possiblities is the right for me.

Could you please help?
